La zone int\u00e9rieure de l\u2019\u00eelot abrite 56 logements, dont 19 passifs, des jardins communs, une aire de jeu et une laverie.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet se caract\u00e9rise par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sa performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : haute isolation, ventilation m\u00e9canique individuelle par logement, chauffage par un r\u00e9seau de chaleur, appartements traversants afin de permettre une ventilation transversale<\/li>\n<li>Le choix des mat\u00e9riaux : ceux-ci sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s dans les classes NIBE ls plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, 71% en 1er choix et 29% en 2\u00e8me choix<\/li>\n<li>La gestion de l\u2019eau : une r\u00e9flexion globale a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour limiter la consommation d\u2019eau potable et pour g\u00e9rer les pluies d\u2019orage<\/li>\n<li>Son aspect social : le complexe Lochten entend jouer un r\u00f4le phare dans la dynamique du quartier (diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, organisations \u00e0 vocation sociale, espaces de rencontre, gestion participative, ensemble des circulations adapt\u00e9es au PMR, \u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 comme
